Glad to have you. I just passed through Raleigh visiting family about 2 weeks ago. What kind of equipment do you have or are you looking for? It's a great time so enjoy it.

I have very minimal equipment, i.e. Feather safety straight razor and a couple of low price brushes. I want to buy a 6/8" Ralf Aust straight razor, full hollow, round point and bone scales. If you know of anyone selling one let me know.

I got confused for a minute there. Not too hard to do. Guessing a name change happened. Better to do it now than later!
Keep an eye on the B.S.T. thread. Lots of stuff goes for sale around here. Although that is a very picky request. You never know! Its possible.

BUT, This should be posted in the W.T.B. thread. Keeps things in order and you will get a better chance of folks seeing your request.

BTW, Be sure to go over the rules of SRP. We are all easy to get along with when a mistake is made. Just spend a few minutes to read them and all will be fine.

Sorry for the mistake. I'm so use to using that handle. Here on this forum it's einstein33. Sorry you feel it's a picky request.

    Thanks

    Welcome to the Forum einstein33,

Nothing to be sorry about, we all make mistakes. Gasman is correct in that the Buy / Sale / Trade forum is where anyone looking to buy or sell would be looking and would give you the best chance to acquire or dispose of shaving related items.

As far as the "very picky request" goes, a better term would probably have been a "very specific request". By being that specific you rule out a lot of excellent razors that you really might want to consider.

    Good Hunting!

Thats what I was trying to say. Fancy words are a bit hard for this old truck driver. Thanks for clearing that up! I cant even spell "Specific" if the word wasn't in front of me right now.
