Thanked: 12Not really new, just back after a long break
Hey everybody, thought I'd drop in and say hi. Between health issues and work, I've taken a rather long sabbatical from the site, so time to catch up. March 21st I retired, so I've got considerably more time on my hands. I dug into the drawers and pulled all my razors out, and Glenn, I'll be getting ahold of you soon. They're all in need of a good sharpening as well as some fluff and buff. The Othello still has a nice edge after I ran it over the strop, and for the first time in a few years, it removed my facial hair with ease. And the Torry needs new scales. Anyway, I'm back and looking to get a little more involved again.

Welcome back. Glad to have ya in the group once again. Some times a razor just needs a good stropping. Give it a go on a few. You might be surprised what can come back.
It's just Sharpening, right?

As has been said many times "Welcome Back"
After I retired from Safeway every time I saw my old manager/either at my old store OR somewhere else I told him the exact same thing--
"There's Life After Safeway" took him 3 years but he finally understood and retired. Hell he's younger than me and isn't qualified for Social Security.
Again, Welcome back! Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.
