From one Canadian Joel to another, welcome to SRP!

I currently live in Magog, but I'm trying to set up a shave meet in Montreal on June 8.

Love the look of that knife, the way the heal extends past the bolster.... The whole package looks like a highly functional piece of art.

Welcome Joel. Your knives are lovely.

Straight razor enthusiasts are a persnickety bunch. So really immersing yourself with shaving and honing razors of various grinds will be instrumental.

I hope you enjoy the journey and look forward to seeing your work in the future.

Yeah, I figured it would be a tough market. Anyways, I'm doing this for fun . Besides, a good bladesmith should be able to do anything that cuts, or so I've been told by an MS...

Welcome to the forum Joel. No need to spend a bunch on razors, they can be found in second hand shops, flea markets garage sales.
Also check our library, its a bottomless pit of information.
