Welcome to SRP. Just as you said, I've seen the DEs but not a straight. Id be interested in hearing about it too. They make a great starter DE. I hope the Straight is decent too and not a knock-off of the ZY or other China made razors.
It's just Sharpening, right?

I haven't seen an Edwin Jagger branded straight razor in a long time. I remember there being one that was marked Solingen and likely made by Dovo and another that was marked Le Grelot, made with new old stock Le Grelot blanks.
So to answer your question, it is likely a good quality razor. Why not share a picture ?

Thanked: 0Hello my friends and thank you for responding. The link for the Edwin Jaggers I'm referring to is

I bid on it on eBay. I've heard that it's a re-branded Dovo but not positive. Check it out it's a pretty SR.

My only experience with EJ is my DE Razor made by Edwin Jagger, if everything they make is of this quality, I would say its probably a good product.
