You need to toss that Boker into the wind chime pile, else it may hurt you. Decent blades can be quite reasonable.
The man needs a razor I figure.

No respones required. A discussion of the razor should tell the truth.
    We'll see, now won't we.

I have bought stuff from him, mostly scales and scale blanks. Never been disappointed. And he has the mighty magnificent 1kg block of Cella. Lifetime soap!

Has nothing to do with Boker, Mike? The after picture is concerning... Too Much CroOx?
I hope it's just the lighting

I think the strop is just fine. You wouldn't want to see mine if you think there's too much CrOx on it! Not sure about the double edge razors though. Boker's are pretty good razors, I have two and they shave really well.

Yeah....I don't even bother with the stuff, anymore. If it's dulling...a few passes on a finisher does more for less. IMHO

Maybe post a closer Pic of that Böker. I think it must be the picture but it's hard to see. Picture looks a little off. Böker is a good brand though.

I really like that hemp fiber one I made Mike. No paste just the fabric. It works wonders on a blade that sat in the drawer for a while. Gives just that little bit more than just the leather

I think the sheet has snuck-up on the edge. Gotta be it.
