Thanked: 202Welcome from Luton.
Neil is good bet from my own experience with him. With your thinking about currency exchange. I would not bother on something like this as postage from US is ussualy quite hefty and if anything happen it is nightmare to sort it out. You have more options then one e.g. you can try Steve in Invisibleedge what he has and other memebers-honemeisters based in UK.

Thanked: 0Thanks mate, I forgot that gold dollar razors are aka double arrows. I guess if there could be warping on the scales, the ruprazor.com vendor would probably recognise that and not pass them on. Still, It's better to be safe than sorry and I don't want to have to resolve problems when it'd cost me a tenner to send the goods back.
I'd prefer to buy from a British site because dealing with problems in manufacture is a lot easier.
Neil Miller's site looks pretty good. I'd love the idea of stropping with a unique quality article of handmade leather that shows signs of workmanship, his prices are pretty reasonable too.
Thanks for all the help guys, in a couple of days when I've got the money together I think I'll buy from Neil's site.
Do any of you know how often he gets more razors in? There's only one on there right now for the amount of money I want to spend but if it's only a week or so before he hones more then I could practise with my DE until then.
