    Talking New...straight razor curious

    Hello, I have been reading around this forum for a few days now....some great resources for newbies!!

    I have been playing with the idea of getting into straight razors for a month or so now.....it seems like it would be right on par for the type of guy I am.

    I take a lot of pride into my shave and it seems that the next step would be to get into the straight razors.....

    It's time for me to do some shopping!!

    Welcome to SRP. Glad to see you've been reading on the forum. If you haven't done so already check out the SRP Wiki beginner's guide here to get pointed in the right direction. Since you are looking for a first razor pay special attention to the article, "Razors To Avoid." Might save you some money as well as aggravation.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
