Welcome to SRP! Spend some time here reading and you'll find lots of usefull info on which razor would be a good starter. Be sure to check out the classifieds here and a good shave ready razor might catch your eye

If you want a vintage razor at a reasonable price, check the classifieds. If you want a shiny new razor, check out one of the vendors who advertises on here.
Also, be sure to do a lot of reading on here!

As has been said, browse the classifieds here. However, I don't think there's a whole lot on there that's terribly inexpensive. As an alternative, you could also check Whipped Dog and Holli4Pirating for some other vintage and/or secondhand razors on the cheap.
