Hi everyone, I have been interested in straight razors for a while lately. I finally decided to give this a try. I make knives as a hobby and love the beautiful grinds of the straight razor. They look like the most challenging to produce. Anyway I purchaced the Dovo shave ready from Straight Razor Designs. I will post my first shave last nite later on. Chris M

Take your time on your first shave, mind the angle of the blade, and try to stretch your skin, it will help. Also, be sure and do a good prep. Remember, Enjoy yourself. Let us know if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing some of your work one day...
