Cardigan
Bridget is a Cardigan. I lost my Pem, Isabelle, last year to hemolytic anemia. Our other Pem, Cricket, followed a few short months later to liver cancer.
Isabelle (IzzyB) had been with me for 6 years on the truck, my constant companion. I was devastated when she passed. I somehow found myself on a Corgi rescue website while in GA in between loads and spotted Bridget. She was in a rescue in Dallas, TX. The lady who ran Riff's Friends contacted me and asked if I could come adopt Bridget. Within 10 minutes I was offered a load to the Dallas area. Fate, I guess.
Bridget is but two years old this coming June. She's been an absolute dream pup. I have noticed she isn't as 'snarky' as the Pems, but is a heck of a watch dog. Out and about she is very friendly, but in the truck she's very protective. The little rodent has really wormed her way into my heart.
Here's the Dogster link to IzzyB's page, from there you can see Bridget as well.

IzzyB and I actually spent some time in Yakima. We've picked up many times at the Yakima Training Center, usually hauling Humvees or Strykers.Last edited by lostsheep; 04-05-2011 at 07:19 AM.
