Thanked: 0hi, gentlemen.
After a couple of straight razor shaves at the barber shop, I couldn't go back to my Gillette Fusion cheese grater. Ive been reading everything I can find, but there's so much I don't know. I purchased a Wade & Butcher Sheffield at a local antique shop, and it's in great shape given its age, but it does need some restoration. Can anyone recommend a good restoration service so that I can get started?

Thanked: 993You may want to wander over to the Classifieds section. There are people who do restos and honing who post in the "Members Services" area. Pm them, and they'll be able to help.
Good luck

Welcome to SRP!
As my friend Maxi said, check out the classifieds for honing and resto services.
Lots of great guys offering some fine services in there.
Other than that, just read along in the forums, and you'll soon get a feel for who you would want to handle your razors
Good luck!Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....
