Thread: Glad I found all of you!

I am new to this site, I have been researching things that were let to my Husband and I by departed family members. It is a joy to learn so much about history this way.

We inherited a Winchester straight razor # 8526, and it was in a Hortense Razor Co. box. Because of you all I have already found out that these are two different companies and someone just liked to keep the Winchester in the Hortense box. So I have a thank you right up front for everyone.

We may sell these things, but for sure need to insure. Can someone tell me where the best category to post on here is to find out that information? I can give photo's too.

If I were you, I'd search Ebay over the last six month or a year. Then you may see what your "Insert Razor Name Here" has been selling for over the past twelve months.

As for SRP, we do not give valuations on equipment or services in the open forum. You're more that welcome to engage members in a private message for these things though.

We do always like photos around here though.....
