Thread: So, did anyone else fail the 'Image Verification' 20+ times? ;-)

My name is Shawn aka "Prahston" (not-sharP). I've been Lurking awhile and late last night decided to Register and get a little more involved. Not sure what I was doing wrong but I kept putting in text and failing and then after a bit switched to the 'audio', thinking that would be easier, and the sound is what I'd imagine you'd hear during a greeting after crossing the river Styx. So, I ultimately give up and decide to Contact Administrator, type up my email and guess what?! Same Image Verification to send an email to Admin. So, I gave it a couple more shots and it finally went through. Still don't know what I did wrong... I think I may have been typing in the quotation marks on "straightrazor"!?

Like most guys I've picked up a few interests/hobbies over the years, learned a lot, developed some level of skill and moved on. I was active on Bladeforums.com for quite awhile late 90's/early 2000's and collected knives a bit so it is surprising that it has taken me this long to discover and get into Shaving and Razors as it is a perfect fit that makes a normally dull routine a heck of a lot more fun even just starting out using a brush with soap/cream. I'm just getting to the point of trying to shave and have, in fact, discovered what "Not Shave Ready" is quite handily.

Looking to learn more as I go and have been amazed at the wealth of information, support and Community here so I hope I can eventually add to it.
