James, a cash box is very clever. If DH wasn't so keen to make me a case I would definitely do something like that - very secure!

Onimaru55, thank you!! There is loads of info there!! DH is a serious researcher so he really loved that link...which led onto many many more links. There is so much more to straights than I ever knew about, quite the art form! I now have a much greater respect for razor makers and users.
