A weird thing happened to me yesterday, I actually loaned out one of my DE's to a... woman! Yup, she's a good looking, red-headed 25yr old lady who's of Irish decent, who I found out yesterday needs to shave her forearms and legs quite regularly. Weird right? But whatever.

Anyway, she was babysitting my kids yesterday, and when I got home we got to talking. Next thing you know she's up in my den just loving my straight collection! I really think she wanted to use one of my straights, and I would have lent her one, but my wife wouldn't have anything to do with it.

We'll see how it all turns out, as my wife was trying to sell her on wax. But later that night after I had shaved her one forearm with the DE to show her the reduction method, I noted her continually rubbing her arm. I asked her if we hadn't got off all the soap and was it itchy... she smiled and stated, "No, it just feels so awesome."

Sold!!

And so begins the downward spiral of David's marriage...I mean, really! Another woman in your shave cave?

Omg that's an incredible story earcutter.

I would be sleeping outside if I had the 25 yr old babysitter visit the shave den and have me shaving her arm and loaning razors.

LOL - You guys are too funny. I got married later in life... the wife and I are pretty solid.

Now if she went out with me on a daily basis and started writing my bio... maybe I would pull a Petraeus.

Well, it shipped out this morning, so I'm hoping it'll be here by Thursday or Friday...can't wait.

not that any of you haven't seen one before, but here's the new toy! Tried a nice and slow shave tonight with it and see that I have a long road ahead. Biggest trouble spot for me was trying to shave the stache...any tips? I've watched lots of videos and the DVD that SRD has, but I think my problem is I'm a small skinny guy...and the 5/8 razor I have a hard time getting between my nose and stache'l region.

Anyway, cheeks and side of my neck turned out fantastic, and only two small "accidents"...small nick on the chin and stache. Either way, I'm going to have a blast with learning the new razor.
