    Default Greetings all from Australia

I think I posted my intro into the wrong forum since I can't find it anymore. Apologies, I hope the moderators can clean up the duplicate. I'm not used to these new-fangled forums.

I've been using an electric shaver for many years now. I always got bad razor rash and a friend told me electric was the way to go. I've always been dismayed by the job it does on my neck.

When I lived in Viet Nam I had a barber shave me every two days. I was thoroughly impressed by the perfect job on my neck and the perfect skin it gave me.

I recently bought a replaceable straight razor to style my moustache for Movember. I haven't got perfect results on my neck yet (I find it hard to get the razor in the right position to shave in the direction of the hair growth). I also keep nicking myself and have got the worst razor rash I've ever had. Nevertheless I will persevere.

I'm very happy that I found this website. I hope the information it gives me will have me shaving as well as a barber.

G'Day and welcome - regardless of where you posted it...hehehehe

Glad to have you on board and doing Movember too - you might like to join the SRP Team on the Movember website.

Nearly all the info you need to get a great shave is right here - study the library, the stickies, use the search bar (top right of screen) and, most of all, ask questions.

We are all here to help.
Hang on and enjoy the ride...

Thanks Havachat45. I don't think I can join the SRP team because I'm already in my work team. It would be great to join if I could. Do you know the rules. It didn't say anything about joining two teams.

I wanted to join this team too because I'm coming last on the donations at work but I would come third on this team
