Ah you have no idea what long distances are! I ride further than that to go to work on the farm! Mind you the roads I travel on are straighter and wider and therefore faster...But I do like to take the narrow windy way that takes a bit longer, but is more fun on the bike...So long as I avoid the semi-trailers that also travel that 'quieter' road. And I'm not running late.
