Truefitt & Hill
While at Harrods I purchased a Truefiit & Hill razor. Didn't work when I returned to the US. Sent the razor to Truefitt US. Despite proof the US Postal service delivered it to them. They refuse to replace. Harrods was useless in assisting. Last time those two see money from me. Complete ripoff.

T&H has a tough policy when it comes to shaving gear. They don't accept returns on used brushes or razors.
Out of curiosity, did you get a safety razor or multiblade model? What exactly didn't work on it?You can take the boy out of NY, but you can't take NY out of the boy.
