Your razor was made by Eduard Wüsthof, Dreizackwerk, Solingen. The company was founded in 1814, registered 22nd December 1884. Located in Solingen, Kronprinzenstrasse 49.
They're still in business.

Possibly he may have been the son of Joseph Shaw, who was also a razor maker living next door in Copper Street.
