"But, as gssixgun reminded me, not always a good place for continual closed storage (something to do with promoting cell rot - correct me if I am wrong)."

Really? Gssixgun, would you plz elaborate? Is it the material? Or too confined a space? thnx

Greed and avarice makes even the aged react rapidly when they see something that makes their pulse race. I swear there are some days that only greed and avarice are my cardio exercise.

I find that cigar boxes make great razor storage as well. Just throw a couple dessicant packs in there and good to go. I also have a plastic Herfadore with a dessicant in it for travel. But it will hold up to ten razors. But that box you found seems perfect as is. No mods needed. Like the orange too.

    That is nice.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Not looking to hijack GSSIXGUNS answer , but any blade with the potential for celluloid rot should not be kept in a closed case with others. If the scales go South, they will emit a gas that will attack all metal in the case.
I have a Cigar box with my collection, and have removed any and all Celluloid of an orangish hue. THey seem to be the worst culprits. I believe someone stated that Black Cel is not subject to Cel rot.
