Highly recommend this cigar box for straights
Just got a Gurkha Black Dragon box in the mail. Love the micro-suede lining for babying my steel. Not too hot on the orange color, but hey, this works very well. Anyone else got this great storage box?

DAMN! I want one, two, three, all I can get. (Not too jealous would you say?)
Just went to eBay and snagged one (impetuous am I) and gave up my grand scheme for retrofitting cigar boxes for razor storage. Why bother when you can snag a beauty like this. But, as gssixgun reminded me, not always a good place for continual closed storage (something to do with promoting cell rot - correct me if I am wrong). Got it on the bay for $20. Worth it to me. I was gonna do something similar until I found this box. I wouldn't have done as good a job as this.

I quite like the orange..makes it pop. Looks like it will serve perfectly to hold your straights and a few more if need be

I find that cigar boxes make great razor storage as well. Just throw a couple dessicant packs in there and good to go. I also have a plastic Herfadore with a dessicant in it for travel. But it will hold up to ten razors. But that box you found seems perfect as is. No mods needed. Like the orange too.
