Default My Kriss Kross DE and SE blade sharpener

This thing is so neat.. Put a blade in and turn the handle, it makes the leather turn and sharpen the blade. then it turns the blade over on its own and does the other side. Thought I would share

I'm certainly glad you posted that. My aunt (now deceased) had one and passed it onto her son. She told me that her father (my grandfather) invented. But the story is very complicated about things gone wrong with business partners.

I had one a few years ago. I gave it to my nephew as part of his heritage. And I would bet it could still be handy if the leather is in good condition.

I found that down in Nashville, the guy had three or four. Two in the original box. I just picked it up for our barber shop display. You'll find one out there somewhere.!

I had that one and another type of DE honing gizmo and SOLD them

before i got into proper shaving.

But i was in the antiques biz at the time...

--which means that particular one or the others that the seller had in Nashville could have passed through my hands.

I see them all the time on ebay. They don't seem too valuable as antiques; but they are valuable to me for sentimental reasons. I'll pick one up again sometime and pass it onto my step-daughter.
