I have learned this during my education as a product developer, but still keep learning day by day.
The program i used is a more commercial program, but there are some free programms available, search for 'free 3d CAD program' or something like that. There are some which are easy to step into.

With the company where i order my product I pay per volume and type of material. For example the brush holder is about 8 dollars, and straight razor display around 40 dollars. The ceramic is cheaper per volume but you need a thicker wallthickness.
i can't mention the company where i order, but there are a couple online site where you can order your 3d prints.
Ha! I'm a new member here and I just saw this post today. A couple weeks ago I had a buddy of mine who is a genius and also owns a 3D printer make a 3D object of a shave brush and razor stand. He is in the process of printing it for me now. When It is completed I will post pics. It's a brilliant idea! You can basically customize it however you'd like and it's fully functional!

I really like the look of the bowl design in real life. looks like it would be a winner when just a bit bigger.
the rest of the holders etc came out awesome also great job
keep us posted on the bowl when you go the bigger version I wan tto see it & how it performs
you may need a WeeScott or small travel brush for the current bowl
