Default Does anyone here make custom boxes/cases for SR

    Hello Everyone,

I would like to get a box/case for a pair of Straight Razors, but can't seem to find one online. If anyone has any suggestions please reply to this thread. I would like to keep the cost down.

    thanks,

    Mafuzul

There's a few stores that come to mind.
Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Mornings and the like of crafts and deco stores. I've seen really nice finished and unfinished cigar style boxes you can finish and put some velour on the inside to make a really nice box.

    Just a suggestion.

Yeah, I looked into arts and crafts stores. They got nice boxes on the cheap, but seem a little to big for 2 razors, and I do not plan on buying any new razors for a while. at least until I learn how to hone.

    thanks,

You can try making some paper boxes for your razors. http://straightrazorpalace.com/misce...se-razors.html

I just picked up a small cigar humidor to store some in. $20 on amazon. Hopefully if it can keep humidity in, it will also keep it out

If your small humidor is lined with spanish cedar it will absorb any moisture that may be
on straight razors. If it has a decent seal it will keep moisture out as you mentioned.
