Seems like the go to scuttles are dirtybird an Georgetown pottery. There are several others but these seek to be the most popular. I'm in search of one too. So I will be following this thread.

Straight Razor Designs sells a nice scuttle, plenty large enough for a soap puck.

Vintage scuttles held pucks as well.

I load my brush on the puck and then keep the brush in a Georgetown G20 or a Moss Scuttle. Both are excellent at bowl lathering and keeping the brush warm. Still waiting on a schwarzweisskeramik
