Thanks I will look into what you suggest. I think I might still pursue that mirror idea because of the low back pain from leaning over to get closer (nearsighted), that way I can sit in a chair.

I found 40 watt LED bulbs at a Large home store. They were on special at ~$12 a 4 pack. So two packs and I can get a tan while I shave! Not quite but a great wake up in the winter. Nice for shave pics also.
I had the Florescents for about 10 years before that till they started burning out. Plenty light!
Either way you can see!
Get one or two panto type shave mirror/s for your off side; Right hand left side mirror.

I also installed a couple of bright CFLs. There is a row of those decorative 25 watt incandescent bulbs at the top. I'll be looking for a decent magnifying mirror.
