    Default How many times...

have your heard from your wife "WTF did you buy now?" or "WTF are you making now?"

I was downstairs in my workshop, smoking my pipe and laying out the red oak for my new shave den, and then it happened. My wife came downstairs to talk to me, saw what I was doing and uttered those words "WTF are you making now?"

Now you would expect that someone who has been married for 20 years to the same person would not even bother to ask such a question. But still....

I used to get the WTF did you buy now until, the wife stopped being informed I was buying stuff. She is fine with me working on razors.

My girlfriend is pretty good actually. There was a comment last night about the purchases, as I have had two new razors show up this week, and I was sitting there browsing eBay looking for Dubl Ducks..!

But she doesnt really mind too much...!

    Default Like my sig says...

    OOh, do I recognise that

The last one was last night.
My ebay app on my cell phone chimed at 2.30 in the morning to tell me that I had won yet another auction!
    I gotta silence that thing.

In 1983 my wife said if you buy another handgun I'm leaving you .... and I miss her sometimes.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    LOL Jimmy. I hear ya.

CarrieM is just the opposite, she encourages me to purchase razors, hones and other razor paraphernalia. She's the perfect enabler! Thanks Honey

I couldn't stop buying razors. I learned how to sharpen them. Then I got so poor I had to sell some. Then I found myself in business.

My wife is very interested and supportive (so far) in my new endeavor. I can also count myself lucky in that respect.

My wife may be a little peeved with the amount of razors I have, but if the above hilite means what it seems to I'm sure she would not phrase it that way.
