Thanked: 220My opinion is that Classic Shaving.com is a good place to shop. I just bought a very nice Dovo 5/8 Buffalo Horn there, and it came pre-honed, shave-ready. You can order razors honed or not, your choice. Razor came very sharp, and on time. I have also used their sharpening service before on other razors, no complaints.

Thanked: 3795I know you said you are new to the forum. Are you new to straights? If so, that's kind of an expensive starter razor. I only say that because beginners often have accidents (like dropping them or dinging them against the sink) with their first razors.
