The top shelf is a double layer that will sit above the bottom without touching bottom blades.
Gonna connect the top layers to the supports between the shelves (pic below) with small magnets that I have to find. Need 4 sets of small thin disc-like magnets now. Also, a pic of the bottom layer with the supports in place..

You could also get one of those pelican cases. They come in all sizes and you could cut the liner to fit all your products in as a travel case or a larger one for razor storage.

Got the other box yesterday from a couple posts above. Set it up to be my mobile shave kit when I'm away from home.
Carries my SE, Cade AS balm, brush, skyptic pencil and a small container of any given hard soap (Currently, Cade).

Thank you for the Craftsman Foam... went to Sears and picked it up and got a great box from a store that sells left over stuff... its almost like a semi-organized outlet.
$19.99 foam
$ 6.99 box
Not a bad first try and I have a ton of the foam left over. This stuff is great. It's easy to work with, though a fresh razor blade cuts way better then the silly knife they give you.
Makes for a great 7 Day set !

Earthdawn,
Your case looks great! Nice work. If I come upon any better foam I'll let you know
