    That's a beauty! I'm a cold-water shaver who face-lathers, but if I shaved with hot water I'd definitely want one of your scuttles.

    As the "Guy at work" I can definately say it keeps the lather warm. I fill it with hot water and put the brush in the well just before a shower. When I make the lather it is nice and warm. One feature he didn't mention is there is a small tube at the top of the lather bowl by the handle that lets you add water to the lather just by tipping the scuttle.
