I tend to agree, by maybe someone will say it doesn't matter. Seems like it would though. Then again, mine is two inches away.....

Dimitry, they recently added that note, I presume because of my issue. It was not there originally.

Hmmm, then I assume they would have to give you your money back. Or at least get it to change it for something else.

I spoke with them and they did not offer. I'm not one to press the issue, I just won't purchase from them again. My father-in-law actually likes to do stuff on e-bay. So, he sold it, but it only got about $49. So, I'm out $50+ and someone got a pretty good deal.
