Used to oil my razors with gun oil and Q-tips, but found it is easier to control the humidity. Leave a window open or run an exhaust fan for 20-30 minutes after showering.

Dry you razor well, with a microfiber towel and set out open to dry for a day on an unbleached paper napkin.
I put all my dry razors in closed boxes, cigar or plastic with layers of unbleached paper napkins between razors. They act as moisture absorbers.
