Whoa dude...not sure if it's the same but I get Japanese curry from the Japanese local grocery and I always keep at least three boxes on the pantry shelf. That stuff is like crack ! Mmmmmmmmmm ! When I make it I like to use the Purple sweet potato that I also get at the market. Great combo with the slightly sweet and the hot curry Mmmmmm !!

My daughter came home to visit for a few days and my wife asked her what she wanted to eat. One of them was pork chops and dumplings. There wasn't enough time options to have them for dinner so we had them for breakfast this morning!

Totally agree ! You can't even get a chop like the old days anymore...everything is too lean. Bring on the fat and fry it crisp n brown I say !

My mother served pork chops and cranberries this morning for breakfast.

When I left I gave her a big hug and thanked her for being my mother!
