Better eating and 2-hrs/week of pilates made my life much better. Here you can see a loss of 70-lbs of fat and a gain of 20-lbs of muscle. Dumping sugar and simple carbs six days/week has not been difficult and the rewards in blood work, feeling better, no more back pain and simple well-being can't be equalled with any other methods I've tried. Here is recent 450-calorie breakfast - I am never hungry between meals since sugar, simple carbs and I parted ways:
