I like British Marmite and Vegemite and if Vegemite wasn't short of B12 I would make it my first choice as I find it less salty than Marmite. As for that last 10 %...a small size spatula gets it out or add boiling water to it and drink it up as a broth.Other than that...guess you'll have to go without man.:shrug:

Huevos Rancheros for todays breakfast - Flour tortilla covered with Mexican potatos, cubed smoked ham, two eggs sunny up, cilantro and smothered in our home made tomatillo salsa. The wife knocked it out of the parkAttachment 188316
Should have taken a photo I know, I've been taking photo's of everything else today. Ham and eggs for breakfast today. A nice thick slab of ham cut off the (deboned) leg. Bloody nice way to kick start the day after my 30km ride this morning.
