Blueberry soup is just.....eh, blueberry soup. Berry soaps are very common here as a part of the breakfast or as dessert. Thick stuff, you need spoon to eat it. Not so thick as jam.
Usually no added sugar or anything so they are not so sweet. Actually soup/juice/jam made of buckthorn, lingonberry, gooseberry and such are pretty sour.
People seem to have very mixed feelings with sea buckthorns: it grows only in narrow coastline so most folks do not even know it. It's sort of love/hate. I can't help but like it as we have it more than enough in our garden.'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'

My kids had to stay home from school today, so I decided to stay home with them.
That left time for a proper omelet.
1" thick, with ham, cheese, leek, red onion and mushrooms.
And topped with some lovely sliced tomatoes
Here it is in the pan just about ready.

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....
