Alas, 6 years of lethargy, a poor diet when I did eat, and an aging body have seen my doctor threaten me with a lifetime of taking drugs if I don't get my metabolism started first thing in the morning, and reducing my astronomical cholesterol levels! Hence I am now eating breakfast every day for the first time in my life since boarding school where I was forced to eat breakfast.

It's the same thing every morning...

Earcutter, I love oats. Have them every morning. And love trying them from all over the place. But they never come in a tin like that. What I wouldn't give.
