Better eating and 2-hrs/week of pilates made my life much better. Here you can see a loss of 70-lbs of fat and a gain of 20-lbs of muscle. Both pictures (245- and 195-lbs) were back in the 40-year beard period which ended late last year (with a Schick Hydro - which led to SR shaving, thank goodness). 20-pounds to go...
Dumping sugar and simple carbs six days/week has not been difficult and the rewards in blood work, feeling better, no more back pain and simple well-being can't be equalled with any other methods I've tried. Here is recent 450-calorie breakfast - I am never hungry between meals since sugar, simple carbs and I parted ways:
