Nice. I've never had the patience for sourdough starter. I've stuck to making cinnamon rolls, French bread, and dinner rolls.

Well you guys have done it all that bread looks delicious. I am going to the kitchen and starting some dough. I wont have bread but make pizzas tonight.
Thanks for the inspiration.
When I stress I eat, I expect to look like Jabba The Hut any day now.

For less than that I took delivery yesterday of 2 lbs of yeast on Amazon.

My mother is sending me some yeast that she has plenty of in her freezer.
I hope the USPS sniffers are not bothered by yeast!

A shot of some cornbread I made today to accompany some kale soup. Baking powder was the leavening agent. Everything turned out delicious...
