He has some stories to tell. I really like to hear about his childhood and when he was in the war, number 2 that is.

Can yo record it? Many don't want to say anything until they get older.
That would be great. Record and then write them down. There's not much out there in the true words of those who lived through those times. I enjoy listening to my dad talk about the past. He's 81 and they sure have some great stories.
My Wagner Ware #6 and #10. As you can see the 10 is still in need of stripping, cleaning, and re-seasoning. I've been working with the #6 frying eggs and fatty stuff like bacon and hamburgers to try and season it, some days the non-stick is better than others... it's still not got that nice dark black sheen.
