Funny, I have a couple of old crusties. Use them on the Coleman stove! They just get worse!

Huge shout out to my friend Roy in WaWaWa

These Fish Spatulas are simply the shizit, we have had a plastic one for a couple of years and I was looking at ordering a new Metal one .. I opened the mailbox yesterday and there is it was
Roy even took the time to sharpen and smooth the edge..
Did Steak and Eggs last night for dinner and it worked perfectly

I'm so glad you liked it my friend! :

Ever since I purchased mine a couple of years ago/my old flat spatula just sits in the drawer.

Along with the one that I bought and modified for my good friend Glen, I purchased and have modified Three More which will be Birthday Presents for my children.

(I was going to give them for Christmas Presents but decided to give them for Birthday Presents)

You don't hear of it too often but you can season any metal just like cast iron. The majority of the time its not desirable. But if you have unconditioned aluminum such as sheet pans, they season up really great and are significantly easier to clean and far more nonstick. Most people don't think about seasoning aluminum but it works well.

Default Good but not Perfect !!

Well the Fried Chicken was good, but not perfect needs some tweaking

I spiced the flour up with the usual suspects plus a healthy dose of Tony's for the kick

Dredged and set the pieces aside for 20 minutes, then started frying them up

Adjusting the temp and holding the temp got easier with the Thermometer probe.

Like I said Good but not perfect, I know what I am after and this is not quite there yet..

Some small tweaks and I can adjust it as I go
