Roy, you dog. Now I'm hungry and I have 45 minutes to wait until my beef noodle casserole with cream cheese sauce comes out of the oven....all pre-prepared in my #10 Wagner.

Cast iron slow smoker fusion for mother’s night dinner.
Pork button bones braised in a dry rub and apple cider on the smoker for two hours.
Then mopped and under the broiler to carmelize.
Served with sweet cob o corn, salad and ciabatta breadstick.
