I don't consume anything because it's a super food. But that being said, I adore quinoa and green tea. I just love their flavor. Knowing that it's especially good for me, I eat/drink the often. I like to put my quinoa in a pan and toast it before I add liquid. It really pumps up the flavor and makes it that much more savory.....all of that and Proraso. Proraso is a superfood right?

I also don't do 'superfoods' on an intentional basis, but since I like good tasting stuff and variety I still end up eating them.
I'll roast the quinoa next time I make it, I get the red one because it's nuttier anyways, I can't believe I've never tried roasting it first until now
I like stirring maca root powder in my milk sometimes, with cocoa, without cocoa, with honey without honey, with spices or without... I did say I like variety, didn't I.

I also do the smoothie stuff that Birnando mentioned but much less frequently than him. Actually I often munch on various nuts/seeds/fruit as a snack of sort and some of those are considered 'superfoods'.

I wonder if they have cod liver in the store, I'd like to try it and see if I like it. I generally like liver - veal, chicken, foie gras, various pates/terrines - and eat a lot more of that than the average person in usa, but I don't think I've ever tried fish liver. From the fish insides I've only eaten caviar/roe, or the whole thing in those small fish that are deep fried whole.

Cod liver is sometimes called foie gras de mer. And then there is monkfish liver, a Japanes delicacy.
