Congratulations are indeed in order. The Bocuse d'Or I follow each year with interest, from afar I might add, but the Coupe du Monde has been slipping under my radar. Thanks for the reminder, I certainly will read up on it. It surely is inspiring to see such creativity.

Thanked: 734The World Cup of Pastry is almost more fun to watch since visually there is more to see. The ice, chocolate, and sugar sculptures are all very large and displayed close enough for the crowd to get a good look at them. You don't get to look as closely at the food at the Bocuse d'Or. Its all quite an event for the city.
