I'm working on being able to make the next Texas meet--things are in the works as I write.
However with that said--it would be a real challenge to provide desserts for 20 or so gut hungry beastards. Well maybe a couple of 9x15 cobblers or crisps would work. But Charlie's lovely bride would have to provide the pan and share her oven so-------------------------Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

A couple of years ago Charlies neighbor made a great desert in a dutch oven that was similar to an upside down cake.
