    Good god man....

A piece of Tc's meatloaf followed by
    A piece of Roy's apple upside-down cake.

Would be like eating food from heaven.

I used to work with a guy who loved 'HOT Sauces' in fact he collected them. He had some that he had to sign a waiver recognizing that in excess they could kill him.

No thank you! I like a little heat and flavor but not something that causes pain.

I'm working on being able to make the next Texas meet--things are in the works as I write.

However with that said--it would be a real challenge to provide desserts for 20 or so gut hungry beastards. Well maybe a couple of 9x15 cobblers or crisps would work. But Charlie's lovely bride would have to provide the pan and share her oven so-------------------------

A couple of years ago Charlies neighbor made a great desert in a dutch oven that was similar to an upside down cake.
