This is about as much vegetarian as I get even if it has cheese.
Asparagus, Shiitake mushroom and Asiago cheese soup.
In my opinion mankind is an omnivore.

My oldest daughter took me out to lunch the other day to an Indian restaurant that opened here not too long ago. It was a buffet and basically all you could eat (($15 per person).
One of the dishes had cubes that looked like it could be tofu but it wasn't. When I inquired as to what it was I was told it was 'Paneer' a simple cheese.
It's a pretty easy cheese to make. Heated whole milk and lemon juice then drained though cheese cloth and the remaining curds pressed to form the end result.

I gave up meat a few years ago and i don't miss it and my health is the same with or without meat. Probably being a picky eater to start with helped me give up meat?
When i look back, i can't believe i used to do it. Same with smoking.
