Something i have figured out about toast . Instead of taking hot toast and covering it in butter and then eating the soggy toast. Let the toast cool before applying butter , that way the butter stays on top and it just seems rite.
Hence in the olden days they had toast racks. Toast was made and then left to cool in the rack on the table.
God,, people please let us be civilised

I do my sunnies, low n slow.
That is med. low heat, eggs in pan, touch of water and a lid to hold the steam for cooking the top of the egg.

No burn, no crispy edges, just perfect eggs for dipping my toast in.

Miracle whip for the scrambled eggs.

I like this hole thing, shall giver a go sometime.

Someone mentioned Boy scouts....we did make something close, by using a pie iron. Butter the bread on one side, put in iron with scrambled egg, close and stick into coals of camp fire. Hot pocket....anyone.

Yes, that med low heat, a bit of water and lid to hold the steam in works well for the boss when she makes a couple of eggs to go over my ham hash.

I usually use the same heat and do easy over to put on my dry and crispy toast.

For scrambled eggs or an omelette I add a bit of HP sauce and milk to the mix before scrambling them. Gives it a nice taste imo.

I don't use ketchup on anything besides Fries. And that's not often. Hot salty fries are good without the red stuff.
Now, my wife puts the stuff on everything including Steak.
When I do eggs I make hashbrowns/fried potatoes first. Then fry 4 or 5 eggs ontop/into the taters. When its all done salt and fresh ground pepper and cheese. The egg in the hole sounds good. I will give it a go. I also like to soak bread in egg and fried that. But that's not the same I guess. Poormans French toast.

Then u should fry your eggs in bacon grease. Ladle the grease over the yolks. Should take a couple days off your life, but its a moment in heaven, with each bite.
