    Default Crispy belly pork

My first attempt at cooking this dish crispy belly pork with Chinese 5 spice rub, my newly acquired Ninja air fryer it turned out bloody lovely, the crackling was divine.

Yes, I left the skin on, I have the Ninja Air Fryer AF100UK, here's the recipe I used, the only difference I rubbed in the Chinese 5 spice into the bottom of the joint and salted the skin lightly.

@ celticcrusader, thanks for sharing, that looks delicious.
I smoked pork belly before and made it into burnt ends, family liked it.
    I followed Malcolm's recipe: https://howtobbqright.com/2017/04/17...ly-burnt-ends/

Thanks, I seen a few of that guy's videos, he cooks the best Tomohawk steak I've ever seen.

Looks delicious Jamie, very similar to a recipe I have made a few times now.
Found out the hard way to take it easy on the five spice though, a little goes a long way..
