Thanked: 562I usually make up a batch of pre-mixed bannock for camping. Cooking over the campfire seems to attract a lot of attention from neighbouring sites.
Do you count dumplings cooked on top of the stew or chili in the Dutch oven?David

In the past I have made fry bread and sopapillas, but the thing I really like is hot water cornbread cooked in lard.

In these parts native americans sell fry bread on the roadside. They are famous for it.
