I probably use Frank's extra hot and rooster sauce the most these days, or tapatio with mexican food (though I'd prefer something hotter...anyone got a reco??). I've got a handful of specialty sauces that people have given me as gifts, but the only one that really blew me away was "Ferris Fire." Made by a chef that my brother used to work with...habanero based, and the stuff is delicious. I need to try to get some more...
Edit - I was demolished a few years ago by a few drops of Dave's right on the tounge...dude said I wouldn't do it, and I probably shouldn't have. I love hot, but that stuff is downright vicious.Last edited by Mejnoon; 05-17-2008 at 06:25 PM.
